Checking in on a Sunday Morning

About to walk out the door but wanted to let people know that I'm still here, and fighting. I made some bad choices about 2 weeks ago, and I've been fighting back down since then. I weighed in this morning, and I hit a new low of 283.8.

I am now down 23.4 pounds since May 26, 3.8 pounds from by August weight loss goal, 13.2 pounds from the lowest weight I hit during my initial transformation, and a still-depressing 33.8 pounds from my final goal of 250.0.

Still need to improve in many areas (self-control, making myself work out, focus), but I'm thrilled to be where I am, noting I had temporarily hit 312 in early May.

I'll try to do better keeping up with the blogs, too. Sorry for not commenting like I should. I'll get better.

Quick Update

Nobody blogging anymore? Come on, peeps. Get it together, and let's get out here and keep everybody updated!

As for me, I had a bad week or so. Jumped back up to 294 and change for a couple days, as we had some bad dinners, and followed them with bad snacks.

Long story short, I have worked my way back down to a new low - 285.6. Very much on pace to hit my 8.31 goal, so that's good. I'm also exactly 15 pounds from my lowest point during my first run at this a couple of years ago. Looking forward to getting into those 260's this time.
