BREAKTHROUGH!!!!

I dropped back down by 0.2 pounds!!!! That's right!! ZERO-POINT-TWO pounds.

Screw this.

Don't get discouraged! Giving up isn't going to do you any good. Maybe it's time to really evaluate your life: diet, sleep, stress, exercise, basically everything related to health and fitness, and figure out where the biggest issues are, and tackle them one at a time. Get on a healthy, sustainable diet, and don't worry so much about your weight on a day-to-day basis. In fact, since it seems to have a strong psychological impact on you, I would say stay away from the scale and just focus on eating right, not eating too much, and getting some physical activity every day. Small steps now can progress to bigger steps tomorrow. You've done it before, so it's not like you just can't do it. You just need some perspective.
