Took the day off from working out, as my legs were still pretty sore. Drank more water. Upped my calories to the 2,400 range. Ate clean.
Put on 1.8 pounds.

You know how whatever your body does, mine decides to do a few days later?
The trend continues.
I don't know how to explain it - it just happens. This has happened to both of us before. If anything, put your scale away and work hard for a week. Don't let the number on the scale discourage you - that's way easier to say than do.
I see that everyone has a different philosophy about "weighing in". Some do it daily, others every 3-4 days (that's me), others weekly.
Don't let numbers get you down. If you are doing the right thing then this too shall pass.
Can you do it today? Hope so.... grab on and dont let go!
forget about weighing and just keep doing what you're doing. The important part is to be healthy, your weight is secondary.
