OK, I followed Rob's advice, and have opened the blog up to any and all comments from the peanut gallery.
Peanuts...mmmmmmmmm.
Actually, peanuts are OK, if you only take about an ounce at a time. Great source of protien.
My FitDay is back online today, as well.
Thanksgiving was a speed bump, not a road block.

Absolutely nothing wrong with one bad day, as long it's connected by great days on both sides. Keep strong. You've got me riding your ass now, so we'll both get where we need to be.
You probably don't know me, but I'm here to lend support ;). Good to think of Thanksgiving as a speed bump, it's almost like a reward for all the hard work you've been putting in. Keep it up, but pace yourself. Don't want any injuries now.
Thanks for jumping on board, Sarge. Sarge, meet Kevin. Kevin, meet Sarge. The more the merrier!
Kevin, I am a friend of TWFE and have been following along since you were first linked. I am impressed and inspired by your decision. While I have not devoted myself to an all out plan, I have been making gradual changes, changes that I can live with and stick with. Changes like: increasing my water intake, fruits and veges instead of cookies and chips, a salad for one meal when I am at home, adding some sort of physical activity to the day, no matter how slight (hide and seek with the niece and nephew, walking the dog - Lord knows we both need it, carrying the laundry from the basement to the upstairs in one trip, not waiting until bedtime to take them up). When I am at work, I hope to get in a short cross training work out that was set up for anyone/everyone to use. Thanks for the inpiration and I will keep checking in on you!!
