A LITTLE Frustration

Purposely had a LOW calorie day yesterday - roughly 1,000.
Had a good football-based workout.
Drank more water.
Had no snacks.

Lost .2 pounds - 284.8.

The 282.X by Friday isn't looking good at this point. All I can do is try.

You've been doing awesome. Just because the scale doesn't reflect it, you've been kicking butt. It's a huge inspiration/motivator for me. Since your life revolves around mine, let that keep you going. ;)

The human body's a rotten sunuvabitch that likes to play dirty. I've been in a plateu, too, this past week/. Keep pushing hard and get through it - don't slide back to where you've been lately!!
